Submerged Pulse Valve
The submerged pulse valve is an electromagnetic device designed for use within a submerged pulse valve air bag. This innovative valve is embedded in the air bag, providing low resistance, excellent flow characteristics, and high blowing volume. These features enhance load capacity and expand the range of usable air source pressures, making the submerged pulse valve ideal for applications requiring varied air source pressures.
As a “switch” for compressed air in the pulse bag filter cleaning system, the submerged electromagnetic pulse valve operates under the control of the output signal from the pulse blowing control instrument. It sequentially delivers air bursts to clean the filter bags in each row or chamber, helping maintain pressure within the dust collector. This ensures optimal processing capacity and dust removal efficiency.
Working Principle of Submerged Pulse Valve
The submerged electromagnetic pulse valve consists of an electromagnetic pilot head, a diaphragm, and a valve body. The rear chamber of the diaphragm has a larger area than the front chamber, resulting in greater air pressure acting on the diaphragm, which keeps it in a closed position.
When the control instrument sends an electrical signal, the electromagnetic pilot head attracts the moving column, opening the exhaust port. This rapid release of pressure gas from the diaphragm’s rear chamber allows the pressure gas in the front chamber to lift the diaphragm, thereby opening the passage for blowing.
Once the electrical pulse signal ceases, the spring in the electromagnetic pilot head quickly resets the moving column, closing the exhaust port. The combination of pressure in the diaphragm’s rear chamber and spring force causes the diaphragm to close the passage, halting the blowing action. Additionally, the damping hole on the diaphragm moderates gas flow as the pilot head’s moving column raises to relieve gas pressure. When the exhaust port closes, pressure gas rapidly fills the rear chamber, causing the diaphragm to seal the passage and stop the blowing.
