TD Grain Leg

The TD grain leg is designed for the vertical transport of powdery, granular, and small lump materials with low abrasiveness, such as grains, coal, cement, and crushed ore, with a maximum lifting height of 40 meters. Manufactured in strict accordance with the JB3926-85 standard for vertical grain legs, the TD series is one of the most commonly used vertical grain legs in China. It features a simple structure, stable operation, scoop loading, and centrifugal gravity unloading, with a material temperature not exceeding 60°C. If equipped with a heat-resistant rubber belt, it can withstand temperatures up to 200°C.

Bucket Types

The TD-type bucket elevator is equipped with four types of buckets, each suitable for different materials:

Q-type (Shallow Bucket): Ideal for conveying powdery or fine granular materials, minimizing spillage during transport.
H-type (Arc-Bottom Bucket): Designed for medium granular materials, its arc-shaped bottom reduces blockages and wear.
Z-type (Medium-Deep Bucket): Suitable for moderately abrasive materials, ensuring efficient transport while minimizing wear.
S-type (Deep Bucket): Best for large or highly abrasive materials, its deeper design protects materials and reduces breakage.

Basic Structure

The TD grain leg consists of several key components:

Operating Part: Includes buckets and a traction belt.
Upper Section: Features a drive drum.
Lower Section: Contains a tensioning drum.
Middle Shell: Houses the main structure.
Drive Device: Comes in two forms, either a YZ-type reducer or a ZQ (or YY) type reducer, providing a compact and lightweight design with low noise and stable operation.
