TH Bucket Elevator
The TH bucket elevator is designed for the efficient vertical transport of powdery, granular, and small lump materials with low or non-abrasive properties. This circular chain bucket elevator utilizes mixed or gravity discharge and scoop loading, making it ideal for conveying bulk materials with a density of less than 1.5 t/m³, such as coal, cement, gravel, sand, fertilizers, and grains. The TH bucket elevator can handle materials with temperatures up to 250°C.
Main Features
The TD-type bucket elevator is equipped with four types of buckets, each suitable for different materials:
The TH bucket elevator is an upgraded version of the HL ring chain centrifugal bucket elevator, featuring significant advantages such as large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable operation, and long service life. The chain wheel incorporates a replaceable rim structure for easy maintenance. The lower section is equipped with a gravity automatic tensioning device that maintains constant tension, preventing slipping or chain disengagement while allowing flexibility to protect the lower shaft and other components from occasional jams.
Applications
The TH bucket elevator is widely used across various industries, including metallurgy, chemicals, building materials, mining, grain and oil, food, feed, plastics, and pharmaceuticals.
Bucket Types
The TH bucket elevator offers two types of buckets:
